ABOUT THE
WEISS FAMILY

Weiss Foods started in 1954 in Chicago, Illinois under the title Weiss Brokerage, by Maurice "Zip" Weiss. After his passing, his son Victor continued the company to what is known today as Weiss Foods.

Weiss Foods has been trusted by the industry for almost 70 years, and still maintains clients from the beginning.  We treat every customer with the utmost respect, attention, and will always try to find you the best ingredients for your product with unbeatable prices. 

 

Still family owned into its third generation, two of Victor's children, Tiffany and Jason, work in sales and are most likely who you'll talk to first!  Jason studies engineering. Tiffany, when not in the office, moonlights as a professional violinist in Manhattan. Vic is semi-retired, though has too much fun in this industry to retire 100%!
